Since 2019, CHICHA San Chen has annually submitted our entire selection of tea varieties for evaluation in the “Michelin iTi International Flavor Assessment,” organized by the food industry. Each award-winning tea undergoes assessment by top beverage experts collaborating with iTi. This year, our Green Tea was honored with the iTi Crystal Taste Award, while other tea varieties received the iTi Two Stars distinction. Established in 2005, the International Taste Institute (iTi) certifies exceptional beverages through its prestigious taste awards, thereby introducing quality drinks to the world. Headquartered in Brussels, iTi brings together over 20 food enthusiasts from 14 countries, fostering collaboration with more than 200 world-class chefs and beverage experts. Through blind tastings, each tea is meticulously scored, with those exceeding 90% receiving the esteemed three-star award. Teas that consistently secure the three-star award for three consecutive years are bestowed the “Crystal Taste Award.” This recognition signifies that our tea distinguishes itself among numerous outstanding products, earning commendation from global food experts.

Green Tea from CHICHA San Chen is renowned for its unique tea-making process, which involves using 120% fresh jasmine flowers paired with original leaves. Each tea leaf undergoes manual sorting and a secondary floral infusion process to preserve the fresh and delicate natural floral aroma. With no added flavorings or fragrances, the tea aroma seamlessly blends with the floral notes. The Mystery of the Patented Teapresso Machine
CHICHA San Chen invested two years in research and development to create the exclusive patented Teapresso machine—LION. The machine features an innovative smart touch panel for operation and enables the customization of a thousand parameters, considering different tea varieties, leaf quantities, sweetness preferences, and ice levels. Utilizing a multi-stage soaking, high-temperature, and pressurized extraction method, the machine fully extracts the essence of tea leaves, presenting the optimal flavor in the tea soup.
