  • How to sign up?

Click the button on the right > Sign up for new account > Can use quick registration or fill out the info. > Finish!
*Overseas' number should add country codes ( add + before country code, do not use blank or any special characters), ex. +886912345678

 

  • How to change my personal information or password?

Click the button on the right > click my account > select personal information or change password > Finish!

 

  • How to know my order's status?

Click the button on the right > click my order > select all order > then you can see the status

Notice: If you have not sign up and place the order, please complete the registration with the e-mail when you place the order, please follow the steps below:
Click sign in on the right and click forgot password > fill out the e-mail address > click send > the system will send you an e-mail to reset the password > follow the steps above to see the order's status

 

  • How to change or cancel the order?

After placing the order, you can not add or delete any product, please cancel the order and place a new order again.
Click the button on the right > sign in > click my order > click cancel order

*If your order is preparing, you can not cancel the order by yourself, Please contact our customer service.
*If you need to change the shipping information (name/phone number/address), please leave a message under the order or contact us!

 

  • I'm the membership of your physical store, should I sign up again?

We have separated membership for online and physical store, please sign up before you place the order.

 

  • I'm the membership of your old online store, should I sign up again for new online store?

You do not need to sign up again, please follow the steps below for restarting your account:
Click sign in on the right and click forgot password > fill out the e-mail address > click send > the system will send you an e-mail to reset the password > and you can use your account

 

  • If I have an order on the old online website, can I check my order on the new online website?

New online website is a new system, if you need to check the order, please visit the old online website.

 

  • Are all items in stock?

Except for pre-order product, all other products are in stock.

 

  • When will I receive the order?

Arrival time may be vary by countries and shipping methods. Please see the Shop Notice.
